Class Schedule

Morning Classes
Start your day with energy and focus. These classes mix boxing fundamentals, conditioning drills, and bag work for a full-body workout that builds endurance and skill.
Class Start Times: 6:30am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am
Days: Monday – Friday
Class Duration: 60 minutes

Youth Boxing Classes
A fun, structured environment where young athletes learn footwork, coordination, and discipline. Our youth classes teach respect, confidence, and foundational boxing.
Class Time: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Ages: 5 – 9

Non-Competition Classes
Designed for adults and teens looking to train like fighters without pressure of competition. Build strength, conditioning, and boxing technique in a motivating group environment.
Class Times: 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Ages: 10 and up

Competition Classes
For committed athletes training toward amateur or professional competition.
Class Times: 5:45 pm – 8:00 pm
Days: Monday – Friday
Ages: 10 and up
Memberships & Pricing
We keep our pricing simple, transparent, and inclusive — no hidden fees, no long-term contracts. All members enjoy access to professional instruction, full gym facilities, and flexible training hours to match your schedule. Memberships are a flat fee of $160/month. All memberships have a one-time enrollment fee of $20.
Day Pass: $25
Experience the Champ’s community for a day! Get full access to our facility, classes, and equipment. Perfect for travelers or first-timers who want to try a session before joining.
1 on 1 Session (60 Minutes): $80
Train privately with a Champ’s coach for a full hour of focused instruction. Perfect for mastering technique, improving conditioning, or preparing for competition.
1 on 1 Session (45 Minutes): $65
A high-intensity, efficient session designed to fit your schedule. Get personalized coaching and a serious sweat in under an hour. Ideal for quick tune-ups or focused skill work.
